why blog, first thoughts…

Really this blog should be titled slightly differently, I am, afterall, refering to educational blogs rather than blogs in general.
the reasons are many and varied but include;
Better ownership of learning
Better feedback to me as a classroom practitioner
A more relavent and modern record of your learning
In addition, this blog allows me to pass on thoughts and links that I think you will like but that might not fit elsewhere in the curriculum.

So… the end of term, a funny time to start an educationaal blog I guess. The thinking is this; by the tiime you read this as a student i’ll have added some content- smart thinkking eh!.

As to why blog, that’s a whole new story, in fact, I think I’ll dedicate a whole page to it!
